Paris: The Beirut of West

Malak in the hands of her Hero-dad

Beirut Vs Paris

Adel Termos died for saving the lives of others and he knew the price he was going to pay on thursday, just a day before the Paris tragedy when two suicide bomb attacks were launched by ISIS as they claimed the responsibility. Adel Termos, the unsung hero, was little appreciated by the international media and his apex sacrifice faded into the dust of the Paris.
Terrorism is more a threat to East than west. You count the tolls during last 15 years in east and compare it with west, you compare the magnitude of noise over the losses in the east and west. I guess you are sensible enough to understand the threads and patterns, after all it has been years since the game is on.

People are now measuring the approach of western media, as observed in social media, how west take serious the matters when it comes to the west and when the same happens in the east. More particularly when facebook launched its flag filter after the Paris attack. Eastern opinion is changing rapidly when Beirut was reportedly undermined and Paris highlighted. People are now envisaging the third world war creeping into the world and may be logical as 09/11 took multi thousand lives and their blood inundating multi lands. and if repeated, the reaction of the east might be changing, turning sympathy into retaliation. Logical too... uproar over Paris is being compared with the silence over Kashmir, Barma, Iraq, Afghanistan and above all Palestine. Is that what we call 'holistic approach' over the international security issues and an egalitarian attitude of the world powers and the UN even.
When Malala will be called Nobel Laureate, the soul of the hero-dad Adel Termos, Yasir Arafat, Hero-teacher of Peshawar incident and many other unsung heroes will be questioning the authorities.  May be they are far greater than the award itself and enjoying reward in the heavens, who knows? Thanks to his ambition and rapid assessment when he was there in the crowd with his daughter Malak when a bomb exploded. Adel just noticed another suicide bomber heading towards the gathered crowd. Adel just taken him to the ground making the bomb to detonate. It seemed that whole the Beirut congregated on his funeral prayer.
But again, the phenomenon is inexplicable who is financing ISIS, what they aims at? why some US people are blamed to be behind ISIS. Why and how Americans and Europeans are getting recruited in ISIS? They are neither Wahabis nor Sunnis, nor Shiites nor from any other sects.

The purpose of this writing is just to highlight the effort of peace loving Muslims in the wake of unknown-power supported ISIS movement who have perplexed and horrified the whole world.
