Free Calls to France
After the Paris attack Google has decided to make all the outgoing calls to France free on google hang out. The decision is being appreciated worldwide. So you can stay in touch with your nears and dears living in France free by using google hangout. You can make call to your contacts and groups using the hangout service totally free.

But this is not sure that this service is only available to using premium account or available for free account as well as we have witnessed folks criticizing and bullying #google for making the service available to premium services and for commercial viewpoint of google in the time of crisis.
