A fisherman out in the barren fish farm. look at his upper!

The fisheries department administered fish farm is barren. one of its four fish-ponds was filled with water but there was no impressions of any fish out there. It was known when asked people have never seen any management there. only a watchman is sometimes found there. 

But the good thing seen there is that families with parda can enjoy there for there are little public there.
